Kirsten Bancker

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Kirsten grew up with a passion for animals! She grew up with 2 dogs, 5 cats, a bird and a fish! Her family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and Kirsten decided to pursue a career working with animals. She has been professionally training dogs for several years and has also volunteered at local animal shelters. She also spent some time working at a local animal sanctuary where she helped care for dogs, cats, pigs, horses, birds and bunnies! When not working, she enjoys spending her time outdoors playing with her dog Holt.

Kirsten joined Love in the Lead in January 2023 and is currently working with our service dog puppies in-training and also assists with our other puppy training programs.
