Karsen Fehr
Karsen is a Charlotte native who has had a passion for working with animals her entire life, working with both horses and dogs from a young age.
She earned her B.A. degree in Psychology with a minor in animal welfare from Western Carolina University. Karsen also spent time volunteering at local shelters throughout college and continues to do so today.
Following her passion has led to several professional positions working in animal care, including working as a Dog Care Specialist at Love in the Lead.
She decided to pursue a career in dog training and completed a professional certification in dog training in Spring of 2022.
Karsen was promoted to a trainer position at Love in the Lead in June 2022 and currently works with the puppies in-training.
